We are excited to share our major renovations on property and in the units. Unit remodels now include waterproof plank flooring throughout, brand new white shaker kitchen cabinets with oil rubbed bronze hardware, expanded kitchen layouts with granite countertops, new appliances, large baseboards, fresh interior and exterior paint, resurfaced private patio, recessed can lighting and ceiling fans to name a few.
Your initial rent period and rate are a 1-year term. If tenants are offered renewals, they are subject to prevailing market rents. Terms on renewals can be 6- and 12-month terms. A month-to-month term may also be an option which would incur a $300/month additional fee.
Every week we have a free shuttle bus service for our residents that commutes to Walmart & Smiths Grocery stores. They stop in front of the clubhouse and have wheelchair accessible boarding. There is also an RTC bus stop located on the property.
Crime happens everywhere. Las Vegas Manor has Security and courtesy patrol 7-days a week. Residents need to lock their belongings, doors, and remove valuables from patios as preventative measures. Statistics can also be found on the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department website along with helpful tips to prevent becoming a victim.
Las Vegas Manor has a great community atmosphere amongst residents. We offer Bingo twice per month, luncheons and breakfast are offered monthly, clubhouse amenities of library, gym, tv room, sitting area are open to residents, seasonal pool/spa/outdoor showers and restrooms are available at the pool facilities. These are also all free of charge. Many residents also coordinate their own clubs and meeting groups for their personal hobbies and entertainment.
Yes, we welcome your furry family members with proper documents and associated pet fees. Pet fees include a $350 non-refundable pet fee at the time of lease signing and $20/month recurring pet rent. Max dog size is 25 lbs. and no more than 2-pets are permissible.
Is renters Insurance required?
Renters insurance is not required but highly recommended to insure your personal belongings. We can provide insurance providers or if you have active car insurance or other insurance, many times adding a rental policy is the best value.
Uncovered parking is free to residents. We also offer covered parking at $15/month.
We do have limited locked storage areas on property which are $65/month to rent. We currently have a waiting list at this time for those.
We have a full-service maintenance staff on site as well as 24-hour emergency dispatch for fire, flood, no heating or cooling. We pride ourselves on quick turn around on maintenance requests and most are completed within 24-48 hours
